Made from Limoges porcelain, sourced directly from France, the pigment in every MUD product is tinted through the porcelain body to provide colour-depth. Clear glaze is then hand brushed to the interior of each piece leaving the exterior with a vitrified stone-like surface that becomes smooth with handling.
The espresso cup is perfect for a macchiato or short black. This versatile vessel is also great for saké or green tea.
All mud australia is hand-made in their Sydney studio, Australia. Irregularities in size, glaze & texture, reflect the many human touches received during the making process and should be embraced.
Mud Australia considers Slate, Plum, Red, Orange and Ink pieces as ‘premium’ colours, and are thus priced accordingly.
